Shipping & Delivery  (Orders placed online usually ship by next business day)

RF Parts Company recommends United Parcel Service (UPS). Federal Express is also availiable for an additional cost. Actual devlivery time depends on shipping method. the cost varies greatly with shipping company. Some orders will require custom shipping quote. Please choose the best option as to how you would like your parcel to be delivered, and if you wish insurance or registration.

United Parcel and Federal Express Shipments: Will be given priority. However, 2-5 working days before shipping may be required due to extra shipping documentation or incomplete information from customer

Priority Mail: Will be given priority. However, 2-5 working days before shipping may be required due to extra shipping documentation or incomplete information from customer. Flat rate boxes will be used where applicable.

Lost Parcels: FedEx and UPS process their claims immediately, with rapid resolution. Postal claims may take up to 3 months to be resolved. Please keep in mind the customer owns the package as soon as it leaves our dock, and we have no control or responsibility over the shipping while in transit.

Shipping Methods & Charges: (in the 48 contig. states) Best way: UPS. United Parcel Service orders received by 2:00p.m. PST (5:00 p.m.) EST, will most likely be shipped out that same day (not guaranteed). Federal Express or Priority Mail are availiable. (12:00 p.m. PST deadline). (NOTE:  UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box, we recommend shipping by Priority Mail.) RF PARTS COMPANY DOES NOT SHIP FREIGHT COLLECT.  Fractions of a pound round up to the next highest pound.

Dimensional Weight ("DW") charges may apply to any package and/or shipping method.  UPS and FEDEX dimensionalize every box for size to weight ratio.  Light weight items that go in larger boxes will get billed at the dimentional weight of shipping box.  Box size divided by 139 for both Domestic and International shipments.  (Example:  10 x 10 x 10 box ÷ 166 = 6.02 pounds -- Domestic and 10 x 10 x 10 ÷ 139 = 7.19 pounds  -- International).  Check with Sales Representative if this will apply to your order.

Delivery Area Surcharge Applies to each package UPS delivers to certain zip codes. Go to www.ups.com for a listing of all applicable zip codes. UPS charge of $1.95 per package delivered to a commerical destination, and $2.75 per package delivered to a residential destination.

Hawaii, puerto Rico, Alaska Standard Rates apply, No C.O.D.

California Residents add appropriate sales tax

Rural Route Address Fee With the advent of 911 emergency systems, nearly all RFD addresses were converted to street numbers and names. If you don't give us your assigned "911" street address, UPS will charge an additional $14 fee.

Address Correction Fee UPS and FedEx charge $15 for address correction. RF Parts Company must pass this charge along to the customer. Be sure you give your complete and correct address (including street, drive, pkwy, apartment or unit #, zip code, etc. if it applies)

For International Shipments: Availability of ship methods is dependent on the destination country. Except as otherwise provided on the Site, (1) the shipping costs will be prepaid and added to your order, and (2) all import licenses, duties, tariffs, taxes and brokerage fees will be your responsibility. 

For Shipments going to Brazil:  Effective Jan 1, 2020, all shipments to Brazil must include the recipient's Tax Identification (ID) number on customs declarations and shipping labels.  Please provide this information; any shipments missing the recipient's Tax ID will be subject to return, or even disposal, by Brazilian Customs.  There are several different Tax IDs that can be used when shipping to Brazil, including:
  ·    CPF - Individual Tax ID, similar to U.S.A.’s Social Security number
  ·    CNPJ - Business Tax ID
  ·    Passport Number
