Orders placed online ship by the following business day.

RFPC DOES NOT SHIP FREIGHT COLLECT.

RF Parts Company offers all methods of shipping, which includes Federal Express (FedEx), United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Palletized Custom Shipping.  Please call (800) RFPARTS (800-737-2787) if a custom shipping quote is required.

Lost Parcels: FedEx and UPS claims are processessed within 2 weeks.  USPS claims may take up to one month.

UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box, we recommend shipping by Priority Mail.)

Dimensional Weight ("DW") charges may apply to any package and/or shipping method.  UPS and FEDEX dimensionalize each box for size-to-weight ratio.  Light weight items that fit into larger boxes will be billed at the dimentional weight of the shipping box.  Box size divided by 139 for both Domestic and International shipments.  (Example:  10 x 10 x 10 box ÷ 166 = 6.02 pounds -- Domestic and 10 x 10 x 10 ÷ 139 = 7.19 pounds  -- International).  Check with Sales Representative if this will apply to your order.

Delivery Area Surcharge Applies to each package UPS delivers to certain zip codes. Go to www.ups.com for a listing of all applicable zip codes. UPS charge of $1.95 per package delivered to a commerical destination, and $2.75 per package delivered to a residential destination.

Hawaii, puerto Rico, Alaska Standard Rates apply.

California Residents add appropriate sales tax

Rural Route Address Fee With the advent of 911 emergency systems, nearly all RFD addresses were converted to street numbers and names. If you don't give us your assigned "911" street address, UPS will charge an additional $14.00 fee.

For International Shipments: Availability of shipping methods is dependent upon the destination country. Except as otherwise provided on the Site, (1) the shipping costs will be prepaid and added to your order, and (2) All import licenses, duties, tariffs, taxes and brokerage fees shall be the customers' responsibility. 

For Shipments going to Brazil:  Effective Jan 1, 2020, all shipments to Brazil must include the recipient's Tax Identification (ID) number on customs declarations and shipping labels.  Please provide this information; any shipments missing the recipient's Tax ID will be subject to return, or even disposal, by Brazilian Customs.  There are several different Tax IDs that can be used when shipping to Brazil, including:
  ·    CPF - Individual Tax ID, similar to U.S.A.’s Social Security number
  ·    CNPJ - Business Tax ID
  ·    Passport Number
